3. What is the currency listed on Enroute?

4. What are the benefits of purchasing items via Enroute?

For every purchase you make, you will receive cashbak, which you can use to offset the fares for your next
ride in the Rav Pass App. That translates to saving while doing what you like. Furthermore, we offer you
a smart shopping feed with hot recommendations, tailored to what you may like, making shopping online more fun
and interactive.

5. What is the estimated delivery period of my purchased items?

This depends on the retailer and the possibilities for fast shipping.
On average, this is no different from any other form of online shopping.

6. Will the products be shipped locally or from overseas?

This depends on the retailers. Some products may be delivered to you from local retailers as Enroute aims to
cooperate with local retailers on top of international brands.

7. Who should I ask about the product that I have purchased?

You should approach the retailer in question. Enroute is not involved with the

8. What should I do if I wish to cancel/change the order after my purchase?

You can cancel your order within the terms of the retailer. If you cancel your order after the purchase,
no Points will be credited into your account.

It is best that you check with the retailers on their return policy before returning the items.

10. What should I do if I have cancelled the order but the refund has not reached me?

13. What should I do if my order does not appear in the cart?

Please contact the retailer directly. Enroute is not responsible for the technical issues that retailers may encounter.

14. How many cachback will I earn for each item that I have purchased via Enroute?

This depends on the price of the product and the retailer you purchase from.
In general, you will receive 5% off the price in cashback for future rides.

15. Will I get chashback if I purchase the same item from a physical retail store instead?

No. cashback is only rewarded to passengers who purchase items from this e-commerce platform powered by Enroute.

16. When is the cashback usually credited into my account for the purchase made through Enroute?

cashback will be credited into your account within seven days from the date of purchase,
but it may be as quick as a few minutes

17. How do I know that the cashback earned with my purchase have been credited into my account?

You will receive a text notification via SMS informing you of your purchase and the amount of cshback you have earned.

18. Do I have to wait for my purchased items to be delivered before cashback is credited into my account?

It usually takes a few minutes for cashback to be credited into your account so long as you do not cancel the order.

19. What will happen to my cashback if I choose to return the item after I have received it?

If the cashback was credited to your account, it will remain there for your use for a duration of 5 months.

Cashback are listed with each item displayed on Enroute. This way you can verify if you have received the correct number of cashback once they are credited into your account.

21. What if the cashback that I received for my purchases are incorrect?

23. Can cashback be used to offset my purchases on Enroute?

cashback can only be used to offset the fares for your next ride but not for purchases on Enroute.

Cashback can be used to offset fares for your next trip. Redemptions can only be made via our partner App.

25. Where can I check how many cashback I have from the recent Enroute's e-purchase?

The chaback that you have earned from a purchase via Enroute will be reflected in the Rav-Pass app.
Simply go to the menu in the app, select "Coupons and credits", and you will be able to see the Points earned
indicated as "REDEMPTION".

26. How long can I keep the cashback for?

Cashback can only be kept for 5 months following the date the cashback is valid from. That is usually 6 months after the purchase is made.
